Double Under Clinic

Jumping rope improves stamina and conditioning while building speed and agility.
In addition to discussing appropriate rope length and cable weight/thickness, this clinic will focus on arm positioning, torso stability, hip/glute orientation, and eliminating the pike and donkey kick when you jump so you can achieve the double under.
